Absolutely thrilled with my floors from LVP Pros. From the time Randy came in for the estimate to the time the floors were complete, I’ve been happy with everything. There was a small hiccup in the plans with previous flooring we had down which created more work and therefore additional charges which was communicated throughout the whole process. I never felt like I was being scammed or cheated at all. LVP pros is a fantastic company. The contractors came out and worked hard all day and at the end of each day they cleaned up their mess, offered to move everything back the way we had it so we could use our kitchen. When the job was completed they cleaned up and had everything back the way it was. There was constant communication during the process with the crew. Randy Smith, the sales rep, was super on point from the start. He took measurements, made these killer floor plan drawings, and explained all the flooring options. Their prices are totally reasonable, and when they set a date, they showed up and nailed it! We needed a flight of stairs converted from carpet to LVP and these guys responded quickly, were great at consulting over the phone and got the job done fast and professional.
